Tuck Richardson’s journey with Ethos Recovery is a powerful example of transformation and service. After years of struggling to change the course of his life on his own, Tuck found success through the Ethos process. Inspired by his personal experience and the impact he witnessed in others, he joined the Ethos team to help others achieve the same life-changing results.

With over five years of sobriety and three years as part of the Ethos team, Tuck now serves as Program Director, where he works directly with individuals navigating recovery. Drawing on his own journey, he helps guide those who find themselves at a crossroads, just as he once was. Tuck is passionate about creating a supportive environment that empowers others to rebuild their lives and move forward with purpose.
