We’re proud to introduce Tuck Richardson, Program Director of Ethos Recovery.
Tuck is an alumnus of the Ethos Recovery program whose transformation speaks for itself. After completing the program, he went on to earn his Substance Use Disorder Certified Counselor (SUDCC) credential, strengthening his commitment to the work and the men we serve.
What makes Tuck such an asset is the combination of consequential knowledge and clinical training (intellectual knowledge). He understands firsthand the resistance, blind spots, and challenges men face in early recovery — and he pairs that lived experience with structured therapeutic insight.
Tuck’s effective case management efensures every resident has a clear plan, strong accountability, and coordinated support. His parent coaching is one of his greatest strengths, helping families establish boundaries and support growth without enabling destructive patterns.
