2. Not a Substitute for Emergency Services
The information on this Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are experiencing a medical emergency or mental health crisis, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately. Ethos Recovery is not a crisis intervention service.
3. SMS Program Description
Ethos Recovery operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with individuals who have inquired about or are receiving our services. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through our contact form, you may receive the following types of messages:
- Transactional messages: appointment reminders, scheduling notifications, follow-up communications, and care coordination messages related to your inquiry or treatment
- Promotional messages: program information, service announcements, and other marketing communications (only if you have separately and explicitly opted in)
These two message types require separate consent and are managed independently. Marketing consent is never combined with transactional consent.
4. SMS Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Ethos Recovery at any time. To opt out, text STOP to any message you receive from us. After texting STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent, except as required by law.
